Alex was fantastic from the beginning. I came in looking for one business suit and ended up ordering two because I really liked the fabrics and the way he explained the different options. No pressure at all. Had two fittings and both suits came out exactly how I wanted them.

Nous étions dans le quartier pour faire du shopping et avons découvert Urban Stitch par hasard. Mon mari a commandé un costume et Alex a été vraiment agréable du début à la fin. Très professionnel, mais avec une ambiance détendue.

Exactly what I wanted

I only had four days left in Bangkok and wasn't sure if there was enough time. Alex said it was possible as long as I could come back for the fitting the following day. Everything was completed before I left and the fit was excellent.

Très bonne expérience avec Alex. J'avais seulement quelques jours à Bangkok et il a réussi à préparer mon costume dans les temps. Deux essayages, quelques petites retouches et le résultat final était vraiment très propre. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Mein Mann und ich waren gemeinsam dort. Er ließ einen Anzug machen und ich eine Jacke. Alex war freundlich, aufmerksam und hat bei der Stoffauswahl gut geholfen. Beide Teile passen sehr schön.

Found the shop while walking around Pratunam and decided to have a look. Alex was easy to deal with and didn't do the usual aggressive sales pitch you sometimes get around tourist areas. Ordered a navy suit and three shirts. Very happy with everything.

Good tailor without the hard sell

That's probably the biggest compliment I can give. I looked around a few shops in Bangkok and some were extremely pushy. Alex wasn't. He showed me options, gave me prices and let me decide. Came back the next morning and placed the order.

Sehr gute Beratung und eine große Auswahl an Stoffen. Alex hat sich viel Zeit genommen und auch ehrlich gesagt, welche Stoffe für das warme Wetter in Thailand besser geeignet sind. Der Anzug sitzt sehr gut. Würde wiederkommen.

I needed a suit for a wedding back home and had a fairly specific idea in mind. Alex understood it straight away. We changed the lapel width slightly during the fitting and the final result was spot on. Really pleased with it.

I had a women's blazer and trousers made here. Alex was patient with all the little changes I requested and never made me feel rushed. The final fit is flattering and much better than what I normally find ready-made.

Pretty much says it all. I originally walked in because I wanted a white shirt made to my measurements. Started looking through their suit fabrics while waiting and found a nice lightweight navy wool. Alex gave me a package price and I went for it. Glad I did.

Bin durch Google auf Urban Stitch gekommen. Habe einen dunkelblauen Anzug und zwei Hemden bestellt. Alles wurde innerhalb weniger Tage fertig. Besonders die Passform der Hemden ist sehr gut geworden.

Service très agréable et efficace. Alex connaît bien son métier et donne de bons conseils sans imposer ses goûts. Le costume de mon compagnon est très élégant et tombe parfaitement.

Really straightforward experience. Picked the fabric, Alex took the measurements, came back for fitting and collected everything a couple days later. The trousers needed one small adjustment and they fixed it immediately.

Ich brauchte kurzfristig einen Anzug für eine Veranstaltung. Obwohl wenig Zeit war, hat alles funktioniert. Zwei Termine zur Anpassung und am letzten Tag konnte ich den fertigen Anzug abholen.

Alex est très sympathique et surtout très patient. Beaucoup de tissus disponibles et de possibilités pour personnaliser le costume. J'ai choisi un costume gris avec une doublure assez originale. Le résultat est superbe.

J'ai comparé plusieurs tailleurs avant de choisir Urban Stitch. Le prix était raisonnable et la qualité finale très bonne. Alex est facile à contacter et répond rapidement aux messages.

Probably one of my better purchases in Bangkok. I had a charcoal two-piece suit made for work. What I appreciated most was that Alex actually listened when I said I wanted something conservative and simple rather than trying to upsell extras.

My hotel was nearby so I stopped in after dinner. Alex showed me a few fabrics suitable for travelling and suggested something that wouldn't crease too badly. That little bit of practical advice was actually very useful.
